Any of your successful recipes would be really welcome as I don't have many! That is kind of you. I did start a food/recipe sharing tips thread in the featured discussions on the forum page if you want to post them there and then others could try them to. If you would rather just send them to me then I could send you my email address.

No worries, Rebecca. I know how hard it is. Shoppping is torture. I try to stick to all the outer walls of the supermarkets and get the fresh meat/fish, fruit veg and bread, trying hard to avoid the central aisles of mostly pre-packaged refined foods. I never manage it though!!!! Try and eat before you go shopping. The worst thing is shopping when you are hungry. x

Thanks for all your news and well done for being so motivated. I am like that - I have dips and highs. Hopefully it will be easier now the weather is improving and we can walk more and enjoy salads and lighter foods too. Happy to chat anytime. You take care!
