Hi, my name is Mary and I am 60 years old and some days feel 160. I am a type 2 diabetic and have been for about 10 years. I am one of those that forgot to stop eating so have to fight the battle of the bulge and the numbers. I have been really pretty good about numbers and over the last few years have lost about 100 pounds, but still have more to go. Doing it the hard way, just eating right.
