Hi,My name is Helena McConnachie, I live in Bad Fallingbostel, Germany with my husband and 5 children. My husband is a serving soldier out here so we followed the flag and came with him. Our youngest child Grace is two and recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. We hope that over the weeks, months and years ahead you find mydiabetes.com a valuable and worthwhile resource.

The Settings tab gives you the opportunity to amend your profile details - most members upload a picture of themselves (is that your daughter?) like you have done and just have their Christian name on the profile.

We send out a weekly newsletter over the to the members e-mail address with details about the weeks activity on the site.
